Tegg’s Nose – Club Field Evening
13th May 2019Tonight saw club members Adrian (M0PAI), Chris (M0VWT), Damian (M7TUX), Greg (M0TXX) and Alan (G0JNJ) head up to the local park, Tegg’s Nose.
Between the group we were able to operate on 4M SSB and FM and make some 2M contacts from handheld radios into North Wales and the Manchester area. Overall it was a great evening with some dry weather and made a change from sitting in the shack!
